I was not a believer when I got the shirts. I was worried I was going to be ripped off and then an emailed appeared, saying there was a problem. The next day the problem was resolved and I had my shirts two days later. Now for the shirts, I hate wearing a t shirt but this thing is so comfortable, I forget it there. I have back issues and two surgeries. The first day I wore it I noticed that I was sitting up straighter. The chest was more defined and I fault good for the first time in a long time. I have not been rolling my shoulders. I enjoyed them so much, I just ordered three more. I am not sure if it will do all they say, but my confidence has gone sky high.
